IARU Region 1 Monitoring Service Reports an Apparent Success

The International Amateur Radio Union Region 1 (IARU-R1) Monitoring System (IARUMS) reports that the Russian military apparently responded positively to a complaint from German telecommunications authorities to eliminate an intruding signal on 20 meters.
